Micro-Precision Technologies was founded in 1987 as an independent manufacturer of Hybrid Integrated Circuits (HIC), Multichip Modules (MCM), high-precision thick film substrates for the military, industrial and commercial marketplace. MPT is MIL-PRF-38534 Class H qualified since 1998, QML-38534 listed and ISO9001 certified by DSCC (Defense Supply Center, Columbus, OH).
MPT manufactures high-quality metalized thick film substrates and provides complete assembly, functional and environmental testing for microcircuits on thick film substrates. Thick film capabilities include multi-layers of conductors, as well as super fine line/spacing up to 1-2 mils (0.001” – 0.002”), via through, via filled and plated. Laser trimming capabilities include passive and active trimming of resistors. MPT has clean areas of class 1000 for pre-cap inspection and class 100,000 for assembly.

MPT substrates and hybrid semi-conductors have been used in industries such as military, aerospace, medical, and communications. MPT manufactures all components in its facility in Salem, New Hampshire. All external processes are subcontracted to local or domestic companies. MPT is proud to manufacture its products completely in the United States.
